Symptoms

Initializing DatagramSocket Class in a Java Stored Procedure (JSP) fails with below error at run time.

ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception:
java.net.SocketException: close() failed, errno = 9
Bad file descriptor

Issue can be reproduced with below sample code:
