ORA-00700 with Argument [DiskISched::pickNextPDBClass:NoPDB1] on Exadata Cell Node (Doc ID 2374962.1)

Symptoms

One or more cell nodes will show errors like the following in the cell alert history:

2018-03-16T15:01:16+00:00 critical "ORA-00700: soft internal error, arguments: [DiskIOSched::pickNextPDBClass:NoPDB1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []"

 

IORM objective on the cell is set to auto:
