Symptoms
OCI function OCIAttrGet, helps to retrieve various attributes of the columns.Executing Select statement in OCI application, Function OCIAttrGet() with attribute OCI_ATTR_IS_NULL gives incorrect result if
column defined as "NOT NULL" and created index on it in "DESC" order but index created with default order i.e "ASC" gives correct result.
