Symptoms
- Long parse phase for a query using a view after upgrading to 12.2.0.1
- Setting optimizer featured enabled to 11.2.0.4.0 alleviates the parse time
- Call stack during parse contains : kkeisj kkojnp kkocnp
- Sql tracing shows most of the time is on parsing:
