Symptoms
A PeopleSoft payroll application fails with the following error in the alert log:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17114], [0x1233692A8], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
when a query is run.
Changes
A new SQL Profile "<SQL_PROFILE_NAME>" was automatically created on from a maintenance job that ran at night, just before the issue start occurring.
