Symptoms

OCI Libraries are used to Insert value into Oracle Data Base table column of data type TIMESTAMP.
When 7-byte data of SQLT_DAT data type converted and inserted values into Oracle Data Base TIMESTAMP column, it shows HOURS,MINUTES,SECONDS values as "0".
