Below errors are reported in ASM instance alert log.

NOTE: Scrubbing repair block 2 in file 4.1 in slave
Errors in file /scratch/oracle/gibase/diag/asm/+asm/+ASM3/trace/+ASM3_scr8_22640.trc (incident=6409):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [504], [0x079160B90], [32], [5], [KFC Hash Latch], [523], [0x079160B90], [KFC Hash Latch], [], [], [], []

Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
