ORA-39187 & ORA-39921 for CLI_SWP$ tables while performing Full Transportable Tablespace export (Doc ID 2426177.1)

Symptoms

1. You are trying to perform a Full Transportable Tablespace(TTS) export of the database by using the following parameters in the expdp command:

TRANSPORTABLE=ALWAYS

FULL=Y

VERSION=12

2. Unified Auditing has been disabled in the database and is not being used.

 

 

The export job aborts with the errors like this:
