Symptoms

12.2 DBUA upgrade for RAC database fails with error:

WARNING: [WARNING] [DBT-20023] The software under Oracle home location /<DB_HOME> is not configured on all the nodes of the selected database.
ACTION: Verify that the nodes configured for the Oracle home /<DB_HOME> match the nodes configured for the selected database and try again.

 

DBUA trace.log shows:
