Symptoms

Attempts to create some objects under a common user created in a container CDB raise the following errors:


ERROR at line 1:
ORA-64479: element 'AltaOrdenServicio' is missing type name annotation; schema
cannot be registered by common users
ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XMLSCHEMA_INT", line 3
ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XMLSCHEMA", line 14
ORA-06512: at line 2
