Goal

The following object is invalid in the SYS schema after a script was run to deinstall Spatial while leaving Locator in place.

SYS.SDO_RDF_EXP_IMP

Spatial was removed using the following:

sqlplus /nolog
conn / as sysdba
spool mddins.log
start ?/md/admin/mddins.sql
spool off

The remaining invalid object caused datapump to fail with

BEGIN "SYS"."SDO_RDF_EXP_IMP".SYSTEM_CALLOUT(0,'12.02.00.00.00'); END;
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 86
ORA-04063: package body "SYS.SDO_RDF_EXP_IMP" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "SYS.SDO_RDF_EXP_IMP"
ORA-06512: at line 1
