Cloudera Manager is Down Due to the Root Partition Being Close to Full Because of Heap Dump files (*.hprof files) Filling /tmp (Doc ID 2468430.1)

Symptoms

Cloudera Manager is down and the Cloudera Manager server will not start on Node 3 due to the "/" partition being close to 100% full.

1. Checking the file system disk space usage on Node 3 shows that the root partition is almost full.  In the example here it is 98% full.
