DB alert log shows ASM diskgroup implicitly dismounted (Doc ID 2473051.1)

Symptoms

When dismounting ASM diskgroup explicitly (e.g. by using command "alter diskgroup dismount ..." from asm instance), in DB alert log file, some other diskgroups may be implicitly dismounted.

 

 



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User may only expect the dismount of DG_TEST1.

STEPS

Explicitly dismount a diskgroup by using command "alter diskgroup ... dismount;"
