Symptoms
On : 12.1.0.2 version
oakcli delete database error
[root@<HOSTNAME> ~]# oakcli delete database -db <DB_NAME>

Errors
- Failed to connect to the database
- ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
