ASM Proxy Instance(+APX2) Not Registered With Listener (Doc ID 2501348.1)

Symptoms

 APX2(ASM proxy instance) used for advm is not registered with listener and OEM target shows down


In Node 1 ,APX1 instance is registered with the listener and services appropriately.

All the volumes are running with out any issues in both the cluster nodes.
