Database Services no longer registered in SCAN and thus no more connections using Service_Name and SCAN are possible:

ERROR:
ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect
descriptor

Listener Log from SCAN reports following errors:

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00540: SSL protocol adapter failure
