JAVA -JAR Does Not Generate File Though Executed Successfully (Doc ID 2512979.1)

java -jar command when executed through JSP does not generate file though executed successfully.

All other command such as CP and MV works fine.

However java -jar works OK when executed directly from OS.

It can be explained with the help of below example
