ORA-08181 occurs in setup_ha.rb (Doc ID 2533779.1)

Symptoms

1. The following error occurred when setup_ha.rb --disable_failover was executed to disable Automatic failover.

　　 　- Error: Net::ReadTimeout

　　 But,Automatic failover has been changed from ENABLE to DISABLE.

2. When ran setup_ha.rb --status with the high availability status check, the following error occurred and the status was not displayed.

　　 Error ORA-08181: specified number is not a valid system change number
　　 ORA-06512: at "SYS.SCN_TO_TIMESTAMP", line 1
