patchmgr -dbnodes -precheck fails with ERROR "dbnodeupdate.zip file is missing" (Doc ID 2534352.1)

Symptoms

In cell node, made the work directory under /tmp directory,
allocated p21634633_192000_Linux-x86-64.zip (Patch 21634633: DBSERVER.PATCH.ZIP ORCHESTRATOR PLUS DBNU - ARU PLACEHOLDER) and Dom0 iso,
then invoked patchmgr -dbnodes -backup (or -dbnodes -precheck) for DB Servers.
However, it fails with ERROR "dbnodeupdate.zip file is missing".

i.e.

==> dbnodeupdate.zip　is deleted
