On BDA 4.11 and Lower Migrating the Node with Mammoth Role Fails on Step 1 Because the Original Node 1 with Puppet Master Role is Down (Doc ID 2538525.1)

Symptoms

On BDA 4.11 and lower migrating the node with Mammoth role (Node 1 by default) causes Mammoth to fail on Step 1 with output like below showing a failure on each cluster node:

ERROR: Error code 1 when executing checkSW.sh on host <HOSTNAME2> #Step 1#
ERROR: Error is : Software checks failed #Step 1#
ERROR: Error code 1 when executing checkSW.sh on host <HOSTNAME3> #Step 1#
ERROR: Error is : Software checks failed #Step 1#
...
ERROR: Error code 1 when executing checkSW.sh on host <HOSTNAMEn> #Step 1#
ERROR: Error is : Software checks failed #Step 1#

Troubleshooting the issue by running bdachecksw on each host shows the failure to be:
