Cloudera Manager Chart Builder on the BDA is Missing Data and Has Gaps (Doc ID 2549976.1)

In a BDA 4.12 / CDH 5.14.2 production cluster, the Cloudera Manager(CM) Chart Builder is showing days where there is no data when data is expected.

For example, in the chart for HDFS Capacity Last 12.4 days, there are multiple days where the graph shows no data.

In the chart for HDFS Capacity Last 30 days, there are also multiple days where the graphs shows no data.

In the chart for CPU Utilization over 30 days, there are multiple days where the data in the chart is flat (with no metrics).

These instances of missing data are not on weekends or during other cluster down times.  This is a production cluster and it is expected that data will show for all days.  This is being seen by all Cloudera Admin users and is not user specific.
