Symptoms
12.2 GI to 19c GI upgrade fail with :
SEVERE: [Jun 21, 2019 3:37:49 AM] [FATAL] [INS-32050] Install user (oracle) does not have sufficient access permissions for the given central inventory.
CAUSE: User does not have read or write permissions for /grid/base/oraInventory/locks under the central inventory.
ACTION: Ensure that all the folders under the central inventory has read and write permissions for the install user.
