X11 Session Unexpectedly Closed During A Dbua Session On Our Exadata Machine

On : 18.1.5.0.0 version, Installation
x11 session unexpectedly closed during a dbua session on our Exadata machine
while running DBUA my x11 session closed unexpectedly. the exadata compute nodes kill my x11 sessions all the time, but always while the gui is idle for a long time or has finished. this is the first time it stopped right in the middle.
i was able to use the restore script to bring it back to pre-upgrade state, but i need to know how to stop this from happening.
using the same tools (xlaunch and RoyalTS) i do not have this problem on any other server except our Exadata compute nodes.
