Symptoms

 During datapatch execution for DB PSU, below error is faced -

Patch 29141038 apply: WITH ERRORS
logfile: /u01/app/oracle/cfgtoollogs/sqlpatch/29141038/22808025/29141038_apply_<SID>_2019Jun15_04_40_13.log (errors)
Error at line 130684: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
Error at line 130685: ORA-00039: error during periodic action
Error at line 130686: ORA-04036: PGA memory used by the instance exceeds PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT
Error at line 134257: Warning: Package Body created with compilation errors.
