Symptoms
On : 18.3.0.0.0 version, Internals Errors (ORA-600 & ORA-7445)
Select against external table fails with error:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kkslMarkLiteralBinds()+261] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x3443D45] [SI_KERNEL(general_protection)] []
