Installing BDS 4.0 on Oracle 18.6 Database Fails with Error: "bds-database-setup: there are missing files, cannot continue with the process, check the bundle file or copy manually" (Doc ID 2591431.1)

Symptoms

Completed BDS 4.0 installation on Cloudera 6.2 (non-BDA) cluster but when installing BDS on the Oracle 18.6 database (RAC) side, it fails with errors:

Executing as:
./bds-database-install.sh --install --grid_home=<ORACLE_DATABASE_HOME>
Start logging into : <ORACLE_DATABASE_HOME>/18.0.0/RAC/BDSJaguar-4.0.0/./bds-database-install-<####>-main-script.log
  Label version : BDSQL_MAIN_LINUX.X64_190702
ipsec command cannot be found on the system
kinit command cannot be found on the system
klist command cannot be found on the system
kdestroy command cannot be found on the system
