Symptoms

Datapump import parameter data_options=skip_constraint_errors is ignored when importing very large amount of rows.

Following is an example import log.

When this problem is seen, the entire table fails to load with ORA-31693 and ORA-1,
even though data_options=skip_constraint_errors is specified.
