12.2 Upgrade Failed To Create Mgmt Database, DBCA reported ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kfrcCoOwn05] (Doc ID 2596385.1)

Customer is upgrading from 11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1. 12.2 GRID/ASM upgrade failed to create mgmt database when executing gridSetup.sh. Never finish and just hang
