Symptoms
One or more Exadata cells show alerts in the alert history for ORA-600 errors with argument [sageDataProcessIR_IncorrectPages]. These are followed by a quarantiine of the SQL causing the ORA-600.
The offload server affected by the crash can be any offload server, not just the 18.1 offload server.
Cell image is below 18.1.21 (for 18.x images) *or* below 19.2.7 (for 19.x images).
