Cannot Startup Goldengate Service Manager By XAG for Instances ( Microservices) (Doc ID 2604528.1)

Symptoms

Cannot startup GG service manager by XAG for some instances(instance1 and instance3) and could only start from 2nd instance

oramgt:+ASM1:<OGG_HOME> agctl
status goldengate
Goldengate instance '<instance1>' is not running
Goldengate instance '<instance2>' is running on <Node2>
Goldengate instance '<instance3>' is not running

oramgt:+ASM1:<OGG_HOME> agctl start
goldengate <Instance1> --node <node1>
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'xag.<Instance1>.goldengate' on '<node1>'
CRS-2674: Start of 'xag.<instance1>.goldengate' on '<node1>'failed
CRS-2679: Attempting to clean 'xag.<instance1>.goldengate' on '<node1>'
CRS-2678: 'xag.<instance1>.goldengate' on '<node1>' has experienced an unrecoverable failure
CRS-0267: Human intervention required to resume its availability.
CRS-5802: Unable to start the agent process
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.
