Symptoms

While deploying or patching the ODA software to version 12.2.X.X or 18.X.X.X on a single node ODA (ODA X6-2M, X7-2S, etc) the following error occurs:

DCS-10001: Internal error encountered: Fail to extract the GI clone file

Reimaging does not resolve the issue.
