ODAVP: ODA Upgrade 18.7 Server Patch Fails Due To Node Not Pingable with Private Network (Doc ID 2619865.1)

Symptoms

On : Oracle Database Appliance X5-2 (18.3.0.0.0)
VM ODA X5-2

ODA Patch 18.7.0.0.0 failed causing the whole CRS Stack to Fail on Node 1

While Patching ODA to 18.7.0.0.0 Patch It failed On Node One Causing All Cluster ware stack to stop working and nothing is working Right Now
