ORA-600[15709] ORA-12801 ORA-30036 Errors in the Alert Log (Doc ID 2624648.1)

Symptoms

The following errors occurred in the alert log:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15709], [29], [3], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P004, instance <INSTANCE_INFORMATION> (1)
ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 8 in undo tablespace 'UNDOTBS1'

 

The Current SQL Statement in the associated incident trace file is an INSERT (i.e. a DML) statement.

 

The Call Stack Trace in the same incident trace file shows:
