On : 12.2.0.1 version, RDBMS

Invalid SYS objects in PDB$SEED observed and while executing SELECT on DBA_REGISTRY on PDB$SEED ORA-04023 found

However on CDB and 2 other PDBs in this container, the DBA_REGISTRY was fine and all components were valid, only issue was found on PDB$SEED
