P: Ex Cloud: Precheck Failing For DomU

Symptoms
DomU upgrade to 19.2.9.0.0.191211 from 19.1.2.0.0.190306 using dbnodeupdate version 19.200211
It failed with below error
xxxx-node1: (*) 2020-02-17 03:44:16: Waiting for post rpm script to finish. Sleeping another 60 seconds (900 / 900)
xxxx-node1:
xxxx-node1: ERROR: Post RPM scriplet did not start or complete within the expected time, see /var/log/cellos/exadata.computenode.post.log
After above post patch error, automatic rollback happened and db rebooted with previous active image
You may find process like following run for long (before 15 mins timeout)
root 149106 114352 1 05:12 ? 00:00:02 find /u02 -xdev ! -type d -type f ( -perm -4000 -o -perm -2000 )
