After major OS level upgrade acfs filesystem does not mount (Doc ID 2665623.1)

After major OS level upgrade ACFS filesystem is not mounting on few nodes in cluster.

# lsmod | grep oracle

[root@xxxxxx acfsmounts]# srvctl start filesystem -d /dev/asm/xxxx1-460 -n xxxxxx
