Exachk critical check "The data files should be recoverable" fails for database. (Doc ID 2685322.1)

Symptoms

 + Exachk report that multiple databases have datafiles which are not recoverable.


Status on <Database Name>:
CRITICAL => The data files should be recoverable

DATA FOR <Database Name> FOR VERIFY DATA FILES ARE RECOVERABLE

  Value for "unrecoverable_time" points to very old date.

+ Database is already in force-logging mode

SQL> select FORCE_LOGGING from v$database;

FORCE_LOGGING
----------------
YES

+ Issue reported for Dataguard Standby database operating in Read-Only mode. But, can be seen on primary databases as well.

+ Customer confirmed that latest backups are available.
