Goal

Customer had these queries regarding apply of QFSDP patch .

We are applying Oct 2019 QFSDP

1. Exadata storage cells :18.1.15.0.0.190510 to 19.2.7.0.0.191012
2. Exadata database nodes :18.1.15.0.0.190510 to 19.2.7.0.0.191012(includes kernel upgrade from EL6 to EL7)
3. Database homes (11.2.0.4,12.1.0.2,12.2.0.1)--Applying OCT Bundle Patch
4. IBswitches -2.2.12-2 to 2.2.13-2

+ What's the impact of skipping any of the above patches?
+ Can these patches be applied in a separate downtime window?
+ What should be the maximum gap between the downtime windows as per oracle standards?
