Symptoms

[root@####celadm03 ~]# cellcli -e alter cell validate configuration

CELL-02827: Configuration check for hardware and firmware encountered the following issues:

Configuration check discovered the following problems:

[Info]: Verify that the configured values in the Exadata configuration file /opt/oracle.cellos/cell.conf agree with the actual values in use on this system

[Error]: Unable to open /etc/ntp.conf
