Symptoms

 

When using Advanced Queueing  PL/SQL Callback Notification, the user-defined PL/SQL code which is invoked when notification is triggered, logs the values of SESSION_USER in SYS_CONTEXT from within the procedure a value of SYS rather than the owner of the PL/SQL procedure.
