Symptoms
An application using JDBC Thin Driver gets an ORA-12582: TNS:invalid operation error.
This is happening consistently with the following conditions:
- using the library for debugging (ojdbcX_g.jar)
- 1703910 bytes or more of data passed to Blob.setBytes()
