When Trying to Run ADDM from Advisor Central Get Following Error: 'Validation Error 1' (Doc ID 2707422.1)

Symptoms

Upgrade a NON CDB 12.1 database to 19.6 PDB
When try to run ADDM from Advisor Central we get the following error:
Validation Error 1
The Active Sessions Chart could not be generated.
1.Error: Invalid BoundDataSource: no class, method or dataSource provided.
2.Check the log file for details.

Here is the error in the OMS log:

java.lang.Exception: Invalid BoundDataSource: no class, method or dataSource provided.
