Datapatch Fails with "ORA-04043: object %s does not exist" While Running CJS (Doc ID 2710834.1)

Post application of July-2020 OJVM PSU, "datapatch" fails with the following error while it runs 'create or replace java system'(CJS).

The database was upgraded from 11.2.0.2.0 -> 11.2.0.3 -> 11.2.0.4 -> 12.1.0.2. Post 12c upgrade, July-2020 Database and OJVM PSU is applied.
