Receiving Several QMON Tracefiles After Upgrading Database To 19c (Doc ID 2714306.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading database to 19c, several q0xx tracefiles related to QMON processes are generated.

Tracefile contents repeat the following line:

kponcheckActivity(): queue_name -> AQ_SRVNTFN_TABLE_Q_1 activityFound -> 0
