64-bit OraOLEDB Need to be Registered Again After Deinstalling Oracle Client 32-bit And Vice Versa

Symptoms
When installing both 32-bit and 64-bit of Oracle Client, and then deinstalling 32-bit by 'deinstall.bat', OraOLEDB needs to be registered again and vice versa.
This problem can reproduce the following steps:
- Install both Oracle Client 32-bit and Oracle Client 64-bit
- Deinstall Oracle Client 32-bit
- Run 64-bit OraOLEDB application
OR
- Install both Oracle Client 32-bit and Oracle Client 64-bit
- Deinstall Oracle Client 64-bit
- Run 32-bit OraOLEDB application
Changes
Deinstall either Oracle Client 32-bit or Oracle Client 64-bit.
