Import Fails Due To ORA-39029 and ORA-7445 [PH2SF_SCAN_FIELDS]

Symptoms
On : 19.8.0.0.0 version, Data Pump Import fails with below errors.
The following error will be seen in Import log.

ALTER PROCEDURE "xxxxxx"."xxxxxxxx" COMPILE PLSQL_OPTIMIZE_LEVEL= 1 PLSQL_CODE_TYPE= INTERPRETED PLSQL_DEBUG= FALSE PLSCOPE_SETTINGS= 'IDENTIFIERS:NONE' NLS_LENGTH_SEMANTICS= BYTE REUSE SETTINGS TIMESTAMP '2020-03-09 11:02:14'
ORA-39083: Object type ALTER_PROCEDURE:"xxxxxx"."xxxxxx" failed to create with error:
ORA-01775: looping chain of synonyms
ORA-39029: worker 2 with process name "DW00" prematurely terminated
Job "SYS"."SYS_IMPORT_FULL_01" stopped due to fatal error at Sat Oct 17 18:26:21 2020 elapsed 0 00:37:04
