Symptoms
In the alert.log file you frequently (say, every 30 sec) receive message similar to:
FAST_START_MTTR_TARGET 600 is out of the valid MTTR range, use 833 instead.
Note: The value for the parameter in above message can vary depending on the setting of FAST_START_MTTR_TARGET.
