Connecting To 19c DB From Java Stored Procedure Using Native Encryption Failing With "No More Data To Read From Socket" Error (Doc ID 2752393.1)

Symptoms

Java code creates a Database connection to whatever database (own database, or remote database) with native encryption enabled  (SQLNET.ENCRYPTION_SERVER=REQUIRED, SQLNET.CRYPTO_CHECKSUM_SERVER=REQUIRED) will result in  "java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: No more data to read from socket". While disable the network encryption code will work properly.
