ORA-64307 seen when selecting from HCC enabled table (Doc ID 2765402.1)

Symptoms

The database was the restore of the original database on which the HCC access worked without any issues.
Restored from a full backup, DB was in force_logging, so nothing was lost at the restore time.

Compatibility parameters at ASM level are similar

In spite of all the environment setting being same, the select was failing with :

ORA-64307: Exadata Hybrid Columnar Compression is not supported for tablespaces on this storage type

Changes

 Database was restored from similar configuration system.
