Scheduler Agent Registration Fails with Version is Not Supported (Doc ID 2767798.1)

The aim of this note is to clarify what patches are needed to solve this issue on the DB and the agent sides, depending on which version, and which kind of installation a customer has.

Symptoms

Scheduler agent registration fails with one of following messages:

"Agent Version is not supported by this database" or "DB agent registration version is not supported for this agent"

 

Changes

 This problem is only applicable to 19c database / agent.
